While earlier Tolhurst x Thunderbolt boards built on five decades of Billy's shaping experience, this project started from a blank slate: co-designed from day one and refined through one of the most extensive R&D cycles ever applied to a Thunderbolt model.The HIBT was developed for surfers who want speed and a tight, loose top-turn response across a wide range of conditions.
