NMD EXP V2The NMD EXP V2 is the second release in the Experimental Series and a design collaboration with Kieran Adshead. Created to explore new limits of flex, speed and projection in high-performance bodyboarding, this board combines innovative construction with a fast and explosive response.At the heart of the model is ArcFlex?, the fifth evolution of NMD's flagship PFS Core construction. Two recurved Divinycell? beams are integrated into the Core to create a pre-loaded flex pattern. As the board compresses under pressure, the beams flex inward in a controlled motion and store energy; when that pressure is released, the energy rapidly transfers back through the board, producing powerful recoil that increases drive, projection and responsiveness.To harness the full potential of ArcFlex?, the EXP V2 features the innovative WiFly? Bat Tail. This design combines the lift and acceleration of a Bat Tail with the hold and control of a Performance Crescent, creating a wider planing platform that maintains speed through flatter sections and amplifies the board's recoil.The Kinetic Core 1.9lb PP, CFT Stringer, React Mesh and XFL Armour form a strong and responsive structure. Aku Parallel Channels help direct water flow and enhance control, while Traxion Deck Contours and Bull Grip Nose Bulbs provide improved grip and a more precise connection between rider and board.Exceptionally fast and reactive, the NMD EXP V2 converts rider pressure into acceleration, drive and projection.
